Refund policy
Due to health, safety, and quality control reasons, all cosmetic and grooming products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, used, or tampered with.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Refunds or replacements are only offered in the following cases:

The incorrect item was sent
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. To submit a request, customers must provide:

Clear photos of the product and packaging
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.
For eligible returns, shipping and collection fees are free for orders exceeding 120 SAR. For orders 120 SAR or below, a shipping and collection fee of 10 SAR will apply.
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. While we process refunds promptly, it may take 7–14 working days for your bank or card issuer to reflect the amount in your account.
Products purchased during sales, promotions, discounts, or special offers are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of defects or fulfillment errors as described above.
